About Dan Stueve
Dan Stueve, Broker Associate |GRI|CRS|SFR, is the founding principal of Dan Stueve Properties. His team was recognized in 2022 by “RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” as being in the Top 1.5% of all REALTORS® Nationwide.
Based in Los Angeles, Dan and his team not only focus on specialized areas, like 90048 in Beverly Grove & West Hollywood, but have developed and designed a team covering Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
With a passion for life and real estate, Dan is known for his relationship building, commitment to his clients, and professionalism towards his colleagues. In addition, as Vice President, General Manager of Equity Union, he manages and oversees the operations, growth, and development of one of the largest and most successful real estate brokerages in Los Angeles County. Equity Union currently has offices in Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills and Brentwood, with additional locations opening in Toluca Lake, Santa Clarita and Palm Springs this year.
In over 5 years in a management role in real estate, Dan has overseen the operations which have generated over $10 Billion in career sales volume, with 500 agents while being the #1 individual brokerage in Los Angeles County based on units closed. Prior to real estate, Dan spent fourteen years in family law helping clients through divorce, child custody, conservatorships, guardianships, and personal injury cases. He is a California native with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Los Angeles. He grew up on a dairy farm in Chino, California and is the youngest grandson of the founder of Alta Dena Certified Dairy. Dan has been featured by Angeleno Modern Luxury magazine as one of their “Modern Men of Los Angeles”.
Dan currently serves on the City of Los Angeles’ Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Council as its executive board secretary and District 1 board member. He also serves on the Communications Committee for Southland Regional Association of REALTORS®.
