About Raini
Raini Casados has been an estates agent in the real estate industry in California for the past 19 years and counting. Serving as the manager of a successful REO team as well as a designated buyer’s agent back in 2008, she became extensively experienced and well-versed in the larger Los Angeles market after processing and selling over 60 units that year. This foundational knowledge has provided Raini with the financial acumen and negotiating tactics necessary to best serve and advise buyers and sellers throughout their real estate endeavors, both of which have carried on with her and grown throughout her career.
Raini has worked alongside some of the top Brokers and Principles in the industry, developing and gaining an in-depth knowledge of trading selling real estate and the intricacies of successfully closing deals. She has honed her knowledge base of greater Los Angeles which consists of the Westside, Calabasas and the East Valley including areas such as: Bel Air, Santa Monica, Century City, Westwood, West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks and Studio City. She has forged strong relationships with renowned clients who serve in a range of very respected fields within Los Angeles — including, but not limited to: business management, television, entertainment production, law and medicine. These relationships speak to Raini’s drive to work with like-minded and esteemed individuals who know what they want and will not stop until they attain it.
When down time presents itself, Raini enjoys running, hiking, skydiving, traveling and volunteering. She is also an active board member of The L.O.V.E Foundation, a non-profit responsible for the transformation of LA’s disenfranchised youth. If you do not find her being active, you will certainly find her reading, studying and meditating daily to nourish her passion for consciousness development and spiritual awareness.
