Gohar grew up in Burbank, giving her an intimate appreciation for the area and its community. Her educational journey took her from a small private school in Hollywood to UCLA, where she earned a degree in Sociology with a minor in Armenian Studies, and later to West Coast University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. With that foundation, she began her professional career in dentistry—where she honed the skills of trust-building, communication, and patient care. It was her father who first encouraged her to pursue real estate. After everything he had sacrificed for her and her siblings, his only request was that she obtain her real estate license. Fulfilling that wish opened an entirely new path—one that allowed Gohar to merge her love for service with her desire to guide and empower others during a major life decision. True to who she is, Gohar approached this new chapter with the same commitment and drive she brings to everything she does. She now brings that thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset from healthcare into the world of real estate—where education, trust, and service remain at the core of her work. Outside of work, Gohar loves talking all things Taylor Swift and spending time with her fiancé, her sister, and her two brothers. She enjoys going to the gym with her uncle, watching basketball and football, and unwinding with the occasional fun reality show.
