About Michelle
With more than fifteen years of experience in real estate on both the brokerage and development side, Michelle has transacted more than 82 transactions totaling $3.30 billion in career sales and been involved with over $80.0 million of single-family and multi-family development projects throughout Los Angeles.
An L.A. native, Michelle started her career at Colliers International serving as Director of the Institutional Capital Market sales team where she adopted a sophisticated approach to real estate. Working in this high-profile and demanding environment, Michelle gained priceless knowledge on the art of negotiation and exceptional leadership skills to mitigate any issue that may arise during the escrow process. Complementing her brokerage career, she later transitioned to the owner/developer side of the business working with a preeminent LA based developer as Vice President where she played a key role in equity raises, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management.
Her involvement in hundreds of transactions on different sides of the table has allowed Michelle to hone an in-depth and nuanced understanding of real estate. Working with developers, she has a keen understanding of the market forces, metrics and pressures that drive a great opportunity.
