At Boulevard Realty Group, we bring together three agents, three backgrounds, and one shared commitment to the San Fernando Valley and beyond. Founded by Dee, Amanda, and Farbod, BLVD combines deep local roots with real-world experience from outside real estate, giving clients a team that knows how to get things done.
Dee brings a background in interior design to every transaction, helping buyers see a home's potential and sellers present their property at its absolute best. Originally from England and now firmly rooted in the Valley after more than a decade here, she offers clients a rare blend of fresh perspective and hard-won local knowledge.
Farbod's roots in construction give him a builder's eye for a property's bones, what's cosmetic, what's structural, and what a renovation will really take. He's also fluent in Farsi, opening doors within the Valley's Persian community and making sure clients never navigate one of life's biggest decisions in a second language.
Amanda, a Kentucky native, brings a down-to-earth, hardworking energy to everything she does. Her background in comedy and entertainment sharpened the skills that matter most in real estate: thinking on her feet, communicating clearly under pressure, and building genuine, lasting connections with clients.
Together, Dee, Amanda, and Farbod built BLVD around close collaboration, sharp market knowledge, and a hands-on approach that follows clients from first showing to closing day, and beyond.
